Dashboard Update: Q2 2026 (April)

Introduction of front tyre injury detection and an overhauled data view that groups tyres by axle for faster inspections.

New Front Tyre Damage Detection

We have extended our damage detection to include sealed separations on the front steer axle (positions 1 and 2). While this provides coverage for all six tyres, please keep the following operational details in mind:

  • Injury Location: Red bounding boxes will appear on the front thermal video to show exactly where the damage is located.
  • Temperature Limits Only: The system currently provides absolute and differential temperature measurements for front injuries. It does not yet provide size estimates (height, width, or area).
  • Risk Alerts: Because size data is not yet available, TARP risk alerts for front tyre size will always show as "None." You must rely on the temperature-based alerts to assess front tyre risk against your site thresholds.

  • Visual Limitations: There are currently no line scan images or injury snapshots available for front tyre positions.

New "Axle Grouping" View

  • Median Temperatures: Tyres in the dashboard table are now grouped by axle, showing the median temperature for that group to help you spot outliers.
  • Visual Heat Indicators: A new bar indicator scales against your site's limits, providing a quick visual "red flag" for hot tyres.

Dashboard Improvements

  • In-Record Linescans: Linescan images (for rear tyres) are now visible directly inside the individual motion record view.
  • Data Integrity: If a vehicle ID is missing (N/A), the dashboard will block you from setting a scan status to "Injury Under Monitoring".

  • Fixed Error Icons: We removed a persistent "connection error" icon on the Systems page that was appearing even when the system was working fine.
